That peter snell won 3 gold medalsat the Olympic Games in the 1960's.He got to carry the flag at the Olympic games.He was apart of {The Golden Hour}if you don't no what this is it was when Nz won two Gold Meadles in One hour.He is the only nz track altlete to defend his title.
It is interesting to think about how different life was for athletes back then, Flynn. They weren't professional athletes, and they often had other 'day jobs' they had to do too. I wonder what Peter Snell did as well as being a runner?
